Shipment and Tracking Details

After placing  an order, you will receive an email with complete details of your order including order number, tracking number, etc. We track order until delivery and inform you through email or SMS.

Vat and Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our hand. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer.

Shipment Delay’s

Normally our logistic partner deliver shipment between 3-7 days. But in rare cases shipping might be delayed due to various circumstances like Festive holidays ,National Holiday, lockout's, etc. and we cannot control this things. So no refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for these reason. 

Return Policy

Though we try our best to provide the best to you, if unintentionally, you are not satisfied with the quality of our product or service, you can contact us at support@anushreesarees.com within 48 hours and we will get back to you at the earliest to resolve your concerns.

Fabrics:

Once the fabrics has been cut, it is no Longer possible to Return /Exchange the product unless there is a damage in the Fabric. For any displeasure with a purchase, please contact us at support@anushreesarees.com and our customer support team will response you within 24 to 48 hours to resolve it as soon as possible.

How do I return a faulty order?

If you receive a product with manufacturing defect or if it is not something you ordered for or if it was misrepresented on our website, contact us within 48 hours from receiving the product to support@anushreesarees.com .We will assist you on how to go ahead with the return through e-mail. Kindly return the product back to us within 7 working days with the original packing materials and a copy of the invoice. Always give back your items using registered airmail or courier or mail us for reverse pickup. 

What is the next step after I return my order?

You will get the replacement shipped to you at no cost at all. If the replacement of the product is not possible, we will request you to pick an alternate product of the same value or will refund your money.

When I will get a refund or replacement?

For prepaid order As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund/replacement. We will notify you through an e-mail confirming the replacement or transfer of credit to your account. For Postpaid order (Cash on Delivery) after we will process your refund after we get it from our logistic partner, usually it take 15 to 20 days.
